Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the field of home inspecting. Since 1992, he's been working on framing, designing and remodeling custom homes and commercial buildings. Dave holds Associate Degrees in Tool and Die Manufacturing and in Construction Drafting Technology. He has traveled extensively through Europe, Asia and Africa and spent several summers volunteering his time to build homes for disadvantaged families in Mexico. Dave's interests include gourmet cooking, fine woodworking and reading about world history. Dave was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Arizona. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Robin.

Raised in Oklahoma and an Arizona resident since 1986, Tom began painting homes at age 8 with his father and brother and was around construction for many years. A Bachelors Degree in Business Operations Production Management from Arizona State University brought out his drive for quality in any endeavor. The level of commitment Tom promises will be no less than his playing 114 holes of golf in one day for charity or 11 softball games in one day, for fun. Whether a home buyer or Realtor, if you've been looking for someone you can trust in this business, Tom and the AHI inspectors will do for you what they say they will do.
Tom makes his home in Chandler, with his three children, Bradley, Korey and Tommy.

CHRIS BENFIELD

Chris, born in Zambia, is a full blooded Englishman, and after traveling the world for a while, now makes his home in Chandler with his wife and two children. He says the reason clients and Realtors keep calling and asking for him is his patience, coupled with a non-alarming style and a great sense of humor. We don't care which of Chris's attributes keep you calling back, just keep on calling him.

PAUL GONZALES AZ-BTR# 38851

Working as a Professional Building Consultant since 2001, Paul thrives
on offering a level of service that few others in our industry can
match. His knowledge of concrete and general construction issues
meshes well with the set of skills needed to be known as one of the
best. Volunteering in Boy Scouts and coaching Little League baseball
doesn't hurt his ability to communicate well with others. Paul lives
in Chandler with his wife, Stacy and his five sons...Adam, Jared,
Dallin, Michael and Joshua.

BILLY STEPHEN, AZ-BTR# 41124

Billy is an Arizona native who grew up with family members in the Real
Estate Business. Through this insight, he is aware of potential
mistakes that can quickly make a transaction turn sour, yet he offers
a thorough, value-added property inspection that any home buyer will
appreciate. Billy's smile and easy-going personality may hide a level
of construction knowledge and detail that achieved a very high score
on the National Home Inspection Exam.

TRACE SCHUETT AZ-BTR# 43354

After growing up in the slightly cooler climate of Wisconsin, Trace
loves the out-of-doors and relishes the number of days of sunshine
here in our incredible State. (That is, except when he's standing on a
roof in July.) Trace may just love the inspection process and
offering his top-notch professional services to his Clients more than
anyone on our Staff. He'd probably do 10pm home inspections....if his
wife would let him. He makes his home in Glendale, with his wife,
Caroline, who is a massage therapist.
